Set Up Costs – You Don’t Need to Spend a Fortune

As it turns out, we didn’t need to spend $90,000 on a new van and $100K+ on a V8 Landcruiser to travel Australia (although they’d be nice!)

In the latest episode of A Big Peachey Adventure (families travelling full-time) we discuss:
* Our total set-up costs (car, van, and extras)
* How this compares to some other families
* What set-ups are others using for extended travel
* How personal preferences come into it as much as finances

No, you don’t need to spend a fortune on your setup.

In addition to the big ticket items, we also discuss how the frequently discarded items (thermomix, annex, scooters, and bikes) aren’t a rule for everyone, and how we (mostly) avoided unnecessary wastage by separating our shopping list into four (4) separate categories
